1. General Overview

Nova Stevens Academy is a pageant coaching platform offering private coaching sessions, online courses, and related training materials. These services are designed to help individuals improve their stage presence, interview skills, and overall pageant performance.

 

2. Eligibility & Participation

• You must be at least 18 years old to book a coaching session. Minors may participate with parental or legal guardian consent.

• By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

 

3. Booking & Payments

• Coaching Sessions & Courses: All coaching sessions and online courses must be booked via our official website.

• Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking. 

• Refund Policy:

  • Private coaching sessions: Non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with at least 48-hour notice.

  • Online courses: Non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Special programs or workshops may have different refund policies outlined at the time of purchase.

 

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Private Coaching: You may reschedule a session once with 48-hour prior notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment.

• Academy Cancellations: In rare cases, if Nova Stevens Academy needs to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a credit for future use.

 

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a professional and positive learning environment, we require all participants to adhere to the following:

• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary coaching techniques shared.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access to our services without a refund.

 

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All course materials, coaching strategies, and proprietary content are the intellectual property of Nova Stevens Academy.

• You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

• Recording of coaching sessions without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability & Competition Disclaimer

• While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and strategies, success in pageantry is not guaranteed.

• Participation in Nova Stevens Academy coaching does not guarantee placement, titles, or awards in any pageant competition. Success depends on various factors, including the participant’s effort, experience, and the competition's judging criteria.

• Nova Stevens Academy shall not be held liable for any personal, financial, or professional outcomes resulting from participation in our coaching programs.

 

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

 

9. Amendments & Updates

• Nova Stevens Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

• Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
