Founder & CEO
Nova Stevens, Miss Universe Canada 2020, is a trailblazing model, actress, entrepreneur, activist, and mentor whose work transcends industries. With an unwavering commitment to empowering others, Nova uses her voice and platform to inspire individuals from all walks of life to embrace their true selves and pursue their dreams unapologetically.
As the founder of The Nova Stevens Academy, she mentors and coaches women across age groups and backgrounds, helping them discover their confidence, unlock their potential, and shatter the limits they’ve set for themselves. Nova’s coaching isn’t just about preparing for a pageant—it’s about building a mindset of resilience, self-love, and leadership that lasts a lifetime.
Nova’s groundbreaking journey includes making history as the only Canadian titleholder to ever judge at Miss Universe, alongside her role as a judge at Miss Universe Canada. Her influence goes beyond the pageant stage, as she continues to pave the way for change, creating businesses and initiatives that foster personal growth, inclusivity, and community impact.
A passionate activist, Nova dedicates herself to advocating for the causes that matter most—empowering youth, advancing social justice, and creating space for underrepresented voices to be heard.

KALIKA HASTINGS
PR & Personal Branding Coach
An enthusiastic public relations professional and personal brand strategist, Kalika has over a decade of experience elevating visibility for influencers, artists, executives, and athletes through strategic PR and personal branding.

Her background in creative direction and social media stems from co-founding B Scene Media in 2015—a creative agency focused on videography, photography, and digital marketing.

Kalika began her career in tech PR before transitioning into entertainment, launching her own firm, KHPR, in 2020. Her clients span entertainment, sports, fashion, music, and eCommerce, and she’s secured impactful press and brand partnerships across industries.

Passionate about empowering others, Kalika leads workshops and mentors aspiring professionals. She serves on the board of Youth Stars Foundation and coaches at The Nova Stevens Academy, helping young women thrive in pageantry, entrepreneurship, and beyond.

She holds a BA in Communications from Concordia University, a Graduate Diploma in PR from McGill University, and a certificate in Sports Marketing & Partnerships from ELVTR.

Silvia Guimarey
Runway Coach + Etiquette Coach
Silvia Guimarey, originally from Venezuela, moved to Montreal at 15 and has built a dynamic career spanning modeling, public relations, education, and event planning. A graduate of Concordia University and a former student at Hermans’s Institute in Venezuela, she has organized art exhibits, community fundraisers, and worked in promotions and human rights advocacy.
Fluent in three languages, Silvia has over 15 years of experience in education with the English Montreal School Board. She’s a certified Etiquette Instructor (BSE London), Life Coach (Canada), and Runway Instructor (Colombia), currently pursuing a certification in Ceremonial & Protocol from SPT University in Argentina.
In 2018, she launched Silvia’s Academy—a personal development program for women of all ages focused on empowerment and polished presentation. She now coaches national and international pageant contestants for Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Eco Teen, Miss Grand, and more.
In 2021, Silvia was awarded the Prix de la Femme Hispanique du Québec for Empowerment by HHQ for her outstanding contributions to the community.
